  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavored extract
  • 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 egg s
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter flavored extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and poppy seeds.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and butter flavored extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Whisk together orange juice, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and butter flavored extract.
  6. Pour the glaze over the warm bread and let it set before slicing.
