- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
