Flame-Kissed Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

Grilled Brussels sprouts charred to perfection, drizzled with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze, offering a smoky and flavorful side dish.

  • Grill
  • Grill Basket (optional)
  • Saucepan
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, until charred and tender. Flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  4. While grilling, in a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the grilled Brussels sprouts with the balsamic glaze before serving.

For an extra touch, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts or grated Parmesan before serving.
