
Flame-Kissed Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze
Grilled Brussels sprouts charred to perfection, drizzled with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze, offering a smoky and flavorful side dish.

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, until charred and tender. Flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- While grilling, in a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle the grilled Brussels sprouts with the balsamic glaze before serving.
For an extra touch, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts or grated Parmesan before serving.
